Just go for it! I think that the first time you will be somewhat nervous and an erection will be the last thing you will worry about. At least that was the case with me. Once you get used to being nude around others you will see that it is no big deal and will wish that you had done it sooner!
Sorry to go off topic, but this is precisely why I've never been to a resort, campground etc. This happens to me A LOT. Often for no reason at all. It's not always an arousal or sexual thing. Just ask like, I dont know, ANY dude who has woke up in the morning. I feel like I can react to a wind shift... barometric pressure... solar flares, idk but I ain't walkin around with a towel and don't feel like I should have to run and hide just cause I'm a dude. Like wtf? We're nudists

It's called a "morning glory" for a reason. It is common and happens to many men when you wake up on a morning.
It is also one of my concerns about social nudism for the first time.
I am a "NUDIST" because I enjoy the comfort and freedom of not having to wear clothes. I also love the feeling of the sun on my skin when in the back garden. Having said that, I'm both male and breathing so will find the sight of naked ladies interesting.
However, speaking to people on here, they have said that you very quickly become accustomed to the situation, and it may even help you gain more control of yourself. I can understand where they are coming from, but I haven't had the chance to give it a try yet.
Also, as others have said, provided you don't flaunt it, most people will just ignore it until it goes away
