Recommendations Please
I am a disabled, Gulf War veteran with a broken back, other messed up vertebrae, pretty bad arthritis throughout my body and in chronic pain. I really need to decrease that pain through stretching and range of motion exercises, but I really don't know what to do. Also, it would be nice to have the support of others in a group environment. What do I need...Yoga, Pilates or what in either a video format at home or a class at a gym.
