BBQ...

I have noticed around here that beef BBQ seems to be the prefered choice with sweet sauces. Is this the state wide opinion or do some people around here appriciate pork with a nice vinager flavor? Should be alot of response here... Texans love their beef!

Dude, it's gotta be smoked beef, pulled pork, throw the chicken away, and cook the goat in the ground. Plenty of beer and make it free and you will see all your food disappear. Gotta remember, we live in a state where chicken fried bacon and deep fried twinkies are sold. Can't go wrong.

I didnt know there was another way of cooking. BBQ year round here in San Antonio...........
