I agree with all the posts. No we are not freaks. The freaks are those who insist on wearing clothing when it is totally unnecessary, such as atthe beach, in the garden, walking in the open air such as a park or forest, in one's home. Most of society has become conditioned to do what they are told, rather than what is right or natural. Is it unethical? In all religions the answer is no.
Many reasons for why we love to be naked. However, I believe it really centers around just a pure sense of freedom one feels when they are naked in nature. I love to be nude at home but there's nothing better than walking around feeling the sun and wind on your nude body. The interaction between people while naked seems so natural, genuine, and open it's simply anothergood reason to spend most of our timenude. Freaks...no way! The freaksto me are those too scared to give it a try. Ultimately, I often feel sorry for those that haven't experienced this way of life...they may never take the step to feel the freedom I havewhile experiencing nature in my natural state.
Wearing clothing all the time is freakish. We were created naked, every child is born naked, and as mentioned before, our skin needs to breathe to be healthy. Ignoring all this just to hide our natural forms from each other is unnatural and detrimental. NOT buying into the "need" to wear clothes all the time is as unfreakish as can be.
I think the proper answer to this would be no, as in the Bible several of the people are nude, and since we were made in the image of a master craftsman and called done by his hand without covering, I see it as a sign that we are meant to be bare. over the eons, society has gotten away from this view and called the nude form taboo. (WRONGLY).
The urge to be naked all the time is a manifestation of the yearning to be one withThe Creator. It is not just the body seeking freedom from clothes, but also the soul seeking liberationfrom the body - the bodythat has entrappedthe soul that is wanting to join The Almighty in the Ocean of Souls.

To me its the old CrackerJack syndrome...The more you do it the more you want to do it.After prolinged periods of being nude it is really hard to be comfortable in clothes again for awhile.
And the reverse is true too - after a prolonged frustrating period of wearing clothes ... when you are finally able to take them all off and get naked - it has the same calming effect as Prozac would ... but better - since it is all natural ...
Freaks? I think that wanting to be comfortable and happy and enjoy life is a perfectly natural way to be. Maybe others might find it odd to want to be naked, but we don't all understand why people are into fishing or trainspotting or fast cars or whatever. Maybe we're different, but they're all different too!
