REGISTRATION

Hi, perhaps you all remember that we decided to have registration fees of Rs 500 per head.
Now, with increased number of participants we feel that Rs 300 would be enough to build a contingency fund for the meet.
I hope people will agree.

there might be a student coming, we will sponsor his sleeper class travel from Kol.
There are some cost incurred by some participants on color etc for body paint.
a projector will be hired, tips for the service guys.
any other cost (may be for tents...we can offer)
