Single guy

Being a single guy here in the nudist community, I wonder why so many people say no single guys in their profile. I know there are so many guys that are total pervs. Not all single guys are like that. I just feel like I'm not wanted or not welcome by others because I am single. I know others feel the same way. I wish there were ways to tell others that us true single male nudists are being honest, and not just trying to picture hunt, and looking for true nudist friends.

RE: Single guy

I single by virtue of my wife not participating in nudist as well. I had many denials for being a single male. The non landed local club wouldn't even return my emails as soon as they learned I was married, but my wife wasn't a nudist. Initial statement was that she would have to attend with me during the "interview" period ( 3 sessions at least one nude and one clothed) before I would be considered for membership. Why? She not interested in being nude with me much less others. What does that have to do with me anyway? I'm not applying for couples membership, just single. In this case it seems that single males had an advantage, at least they were afforded an interview... I wasn't.

RE: Single guy

Back before my wife passed away, we were avid nudists, attended resorts, always nude at home, at friends houses, etc. But now that I'm a widower, a.k.a. single, I get turned down because I no longer have a female partner to participate. It has now been 6 years since her passing and 5 years since I moved to North Carolina and still no established group of nudist friends.

Hmmm ... makes you wonder if we nudists are as tolerant and prejudice free as we claim to be ...

Well said LondoSun - I'll go one step further. I actually like it when people put No Single Men in their profile. That way I know from the start that they are narrow-minded. Since I prefer not to interact with narrow-minded people - that is a great service they are providing. I don't have to waste my time befriending them only to discover the truth later. I also prefer not to interact with people who believe that Guilty Until Proven Innocent is the right way to go ...

RE: Single guy

Hi want to comment on the one situation some one mentioned about being at a beach and two guys near them started playing with themselves and wive has not been back since to that beach. Well that happenes ! Let me tell you what happen to me was at a very nice nude beach first time I had been there. This nice looking couple walking hand and hand around the shore ,well then they sat down in front of me near the shore i was close up to the dunes, but could see when they layed down and then they got a little arroused and his penis stood up rather errect. Was curious how far that was going to go but another couple walked by and said to go up into the dunes that there were familes and children present. Thought all was handled nicely and I surely went back to that beach many times over the years now. SO do not quite understand why his wife will not return to that beach. And I am glad this tipic is poster also because that is something all us single guys have to put up with. A rather nice nude camp ground is the closeist wo there I live but because it charges the same entry fee for singles as it does for couples it is a matter of principle that I don't frequent that place, but drive two hours away to a singles friendly nude camp ground. Well that is my two cents worth Thank you all for reading my post Nude hugs to U all also.
