Actually sleeping in nude is not always for nudists. I have a friend who always sleeps naked but he doesn't consider himself a nudist. He doesn't go to nude beach or naked at home. So it is just a preference to sleep naked which is good for our skin to breathe.
Happy sleep naked everyone.
In reply to the most recent post, I've written more than once in this sleeping nakedpart of the forum that (1) I can't imagine any naturist not sleeping naked and (2) there are indeed many people who sleep naked but don't class themselves as naturist (would not normally go anywhere where public nudity is the norm). One survey here in the Netherlands reported that 35% of people sleep naked (though this sounds a bit high to me), but in another survey, around 12% of people reported doing something naturist at least occasionally(beach, campsite - saunas weren't included in this). So that's a lot of non-naturists who are sleeping nude.
