It is getting chilly out there! Winter Party Anyone? AUSTIN, TX

I am happy to host a winter party in late January 2015 (Saturday 24th).The location is a vacation home rental about 30-40 minutes west of Austin right on the Colorado River.
The home has 2 indoor fireplaces and 1 outdoor firepit. With enough company and entertainment, we can stay warm all day and night!
Overnight accommodations are available, but limited. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests; including myself which makes 11. There are 3 double beds that can sleep couples (2 of these beds are in the same room), and 5 beds that can sleep individuals.
I will provide plenty food; the rest is BYOB and BYOE (Bring Your Own Entertainment). I have cards, a Wii Console, dominoes, and a stereo. Anyone for Spades? Blackjack? Motown, Country, or 80s music?? Any requests???
I do not mind putting the party together; in fact I thoroughly enjoy doing it.

I need a guest count by Thursday December 4, 2015 of those who are absolutely interested in the invite. Around 35-40 people would be great; I dont want us to be crowded.
