Where to be nude?
Hey Guys, been down Grays lane many times, but want to ask the question about the southern end.
Is it very popular? I believe you enter from the beach club resort and head north a bit? Also do you need to head north a bit? or can you just go nude north of the creek?
Thanks
Thanks Bris Gym , So no problem just stripping as soon as you hit the beach. Thanks cool.
Yea i love the feeling of being naked in the sun, i do sometimes get put off by going to Grays lane end, so many strange blokes up there just looking for the wrong thing.Looking for more friendly area, so i'll give it a go.
Cheers
I go very occasionally to the Gray's Lane beach mainly because, although I like my own company, one can feel more alone on a beach than, say, in ones own house. Some guys have no trouble going to strangers and starting a conversation but some of us do as well as -body shape/age issues. Probably stupid but that the way i feel and imagine not alone in that.
Still, its a great place to spend time. These thoughts may engender some discussion and if so, thats great.

hi mateI find it easier from Belongil end and the stingy person within me likes no parking fee.As soon as Ihit the beach I strip off as most seem to do the same thing. walking naked up the beach is fantastic!
Actually there is a parking fee as it is a national park. Be careful rangers do spot checks occassionaly and will fine if no permit. Have seen this happen, but very seldom do you see rangers.
if you head north from Byron car park you will come to a small creek, cross that and then you are legal. From the creek south to Byron is Textile only and the police do patrol it so make sure you are in the right spot. My opinion is to go to Grays Lane and go right to the end and you will find a bitumen car park, the beach is 50m away and is legal. Do not go nude in the car park as it is illegal and also it is a National Park. In 18 months I have only seen 1 ranger in that time, however he did make a killing on that day with cars with no permits.
noif you walk from belongil there is no parking fee.the parking fee is only payable for the park at the end of grays lane.
We go to Belongil/Tyagarahseveral times a year, getting aYearly NSW Single Park Pass for $22 makes more sense for us verses $7 per visit.Personally we prefer the Northern end of Greys Lane, longer beach, less Tourists, though it is not park of the Legal nude area.Have a great Christmas, sun, sand, safety and fun.
