That dreaded time.

I've been lucky recently to have time off and the weather has been good. I spent about 10 hours on each of the last two days at my local nudist beach with friends. Its very easy to be in situations where just about everyone is naked, it feels right and natural. When the tide times are right I can walk nude a lot of the way there along the coast. I spend about 20 mins each way when I have to wear clothes. I really dislike that moment when I really can go no further naked without upsetting someone because I am in my natural state, it is a low point of what otherwise has been a great day. Sure, I'm nude again as soon as I get home and I stay that way until I need to go out the next day. It might seem an obsession to some but other nudists who like to maximise their nude time understand what I mean.
Its the same when we spend time at a nudist venue, be it a day or a longer spell, we can be naked all of the time we're there. On leaving we again face that dreaded time, clothes are no longer optional. To me its even worse than after a day at the beach, several days of 24/7 nudity and I hate clothing even more. The more time I spend nude the more I want to live nude 24/7. I'm a nudist, I love being naked whenever I can be, I so dislike society dictating that I should feel some shame in my nudity when I don't, as its the natural state for all of us.
Is 'that dreaded time' the same for you?

I HATE that moment when I must transfer my life back into textiles.

Hi Nik! I feel the same way! It's like I'm being punished when time comes to have to dress to deal with "proper" society. At the age of 63, after decades of social and private nude daily living, the passion to be nude only grows stronger and the frustration to not have the freedom to peacefully and openly practice my lifestyle burns my soul more each day! Keep the faith...someday, someday we'll overcome.

I just came back from two weeks naked hiking - one in Austria then one in Wales. It was great to stay naked 24/7 except for a few minutes when we walked through villages (when I wore a flimsy wrap) and for the flight from Austria to Manchester. I got so used to staying naked it came hard when I finally had to get dressed.

I too just got back from a vacation (mine was only 9 days) and it felt odd to dress, and was hard to become so.Then again, I was also not looking forward to work either...lol

I've been to a few clothing optional B&B's. It's great to hang out and socialize with other naked men. Putting clothes on is a real bummer and really punctuates the end of vacation.
I love to travel. Two places on my bucket list are Munich and Berlin, partly because nudity is accepted. Also want to go to Palm Springs. Seems like half the residents are gay nudists.

RE: That dreaded time.

i have stayed late a few times at camp to get in those last few minutes of relaxation and when i got to my vehicle said the heck with it and drove home nude - best at dusk or night time and nothing better during a cool evening driving through the countryside enjoying the breeze and fresh air. the fist time i did this years ago i had a minivan and put everything in the back and drove home, half way i thought what if i got in a accident or got pulled over so after that i made sure to put a towel or shorts up front with me.

That dreaded time presents itself just, too often time and again, however, I'm working at it to reduce these dreaded times.

That dreaded time presents itself just, too often time and again, however, I'm working at it to reduce these dreaded times.I'm always working on it too, the more time I spend nude, the more years I've been a nudist, I still want to spend even more time naked. I am managing to be nude more each year, but that dreaded time of having to get dressed just feels worse! I accept that I have to take the rough with the smooth and do really appreciate that my nudist life continues to become a larger part of life.
