A New Nudist Retreat

This is
the first time that I have made a new thread, usually I'm more of a
responder...I have found this property that I so easily could turn into a new
nudist retreat... The more the better I think! With the size of the project
though it is rather "out of my league" as it would be about $2M to
purchase and start up...This is not a beg for money nor a scam...It is more of
a reach out to see on any ideas on how to acquire this place and to convert it
into a new place where we as nudists can feel the freedom of being nude... I
know that for the first part is that it would be a part working retreat as
there is established dwellings already however I would like to see it go more
green and become more self efficient and off grid, converting it more to
"back to nature" but with creature comforts...Setting it up to become
like a small village with its own small grocery shop, restaurantetc. and
maybe even rival Cap De' Adge as an Aussie version/tourist destination but yes,
definitely a smaller version...If acquired the property then maybe create it
bigger if also able to purchase adjoining properties in later year for
expansion...I know this may only be a pipe dream but have to dream before it
becomes a reality...Would only like positive and constructive feedback that I
could utilise as I already know the realities of this idea...Any potential
investors or syndicates would also be appreciated to show their interest.
