Does it still count if its a band that has spanned through the decade... The Rolling Stones are great and went through the 80's but also prior and here after and are still going strong...Still enjoy the big hair bands...Also ACDC still ROCK!

Yes the stones are a great band and had great music in the 80s so it would still count as 80s music

I'd say it sure counts! if the band has been able to keep together and still performing over the years and making great songs its always a good thing =)
