Nudist beaches close to London
If you aren't interested in Brighton then you might consider Abbot's Cliff or Leysdown East both of which are reachable using public transit but might still be further than you want to travel:

Why not just go to one of the London swims? It would be much easier to get to and once you network there you might find others wanting a day trip to a beach and everyone could all carpool.

Another thought might be to go to Nudefest in July. It's being held July 6-13, 2014 over near Newquay. It will require a bit more effort to get to but it's reachable by public transit (and quite cheaply if you use Megabus) and you could stay for several days! You could stay for all of part of the festival, meet lots of great folks and do some serious networking. It's something to think about. :-)
The more nudists you meet, the more options you will have and then their friends become your friends and your circle grows.
Anyway, if you are still looking for more clubs and events, this link can help you out. Good luck. https://www.bn.org.uk/activities/placestogo.php

Have you been to the nudefest? Sounds interesting.thanks
I've wanted to go to nudefest for ages, but currently out of work and it's a bit too expensive for me.
As to nude beaches, there are a few on the south coast close(ish) to London other than Brighton, or on the East Coast at Clacton on Sea. The one's I go to mainly are Shoreham and Eastney, both which are about 60 miles from me so an hours drive.I would suggest making some nudest friends who have their own transport and asking to join them and offer to pay towards petrol cost.
There is always Studland as well if you wanted to go away for a few days camping.
