Advice on San Vicente Inn Los Angeles

Hi Everyone:
Can anyone give me feedback on the San Vicente Inn in West Hollywood? I'm planning a trip to LA soon, but have read mixed reviews about this hotel online. I do recognize that people tend to write reviews when they're unhappy - not when they're content but some feedback would be helpful. I believe this is the only clothing optional hotel in Los Angeles.
Is the property clean? Well cared for? Safe? Comfortable?
Any advice or feedback based on your experience?
