Looking for gardner, handyman/contractor, artists, etc for small community

Hi,
I have a project to build a small self sustainable/spiritual/nature oriented/gay/nudist/free community on a 5 acre parcel with palm trees in the desert of So California 15 minutes from Palm Springs and other cities such as Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert.
My vision:
buy that raw parcel of land and bring in like minded souls who like to live remote yet close to everything.
If you love silence, nature, and wish to bring in your knowledge of either gardening, building or remodeling, or any other thing that a community may need, write to me and see if it goes somewhere.
