Paris to Cap D'agde

Hi All:
I'll be traveling to Paris on 9/11 and visiting the city for a few days. I'd love to find a place to stay while there.
Afterwards, I'll travel south ending at Cap D'agde. Similarly, I'd love to find a place, or suggestions on where to stay there.
