Apart from my wife, there must have been some random stranger(s) who spied us when I (or we) went nude at quiet beaches. Perhaps at A-Bay, Lakes Entrance, Cape Schank, north of Merimbula or Cape Kimberly which were all 95% safe in my estimation at the time (my wife's only ever been comfortable with 99% safe and I may have oversold the opportunities). I definitely got caught in my fishnet string at A-Bay as the waves spat me out of the water when some ladies walked by. Wife less than impressed, although I thought it was a hoot.
Then whomever was nearby for my first visit to Sunnyside, when I went au naturel for the first time knowing I'd definitely be seen.
The manager at a landed nudist club, she signed me in no different than checking into a hotel.
On a side note, resort managers/front desk staff have an important responsibility because at some venues, they might literally be the first people that newbies - who may have otherwise never been nude in front of a "stranger" - will be naked in front of.
Although the resort manager at WTP was "technically" not the first person to see her naked on her first nudist trip (it was actually a college classmate who just happened to be walking by as my then-wife was exiting the hot tub), he was the first person to have a face-to-face interaction with her while nude. He was so friendly and respectful of her "newbieness" that she felt comfortable having a full-length discussion with him while naked. Which dispelled much of her hang-up about nude socialization. It turned out to be an important encounter.
My first trip at a nudist resort. A resident at Wildwood that came out to ask if I needed help setting up my camper. I didn't need the help but he hung around and chatted with me a bit. He was very understanding to a newbie and gave me a lot of advice.
