Moving to London August 10 2013

I have my ticket and my bags are mostly packed. I need a spare couch for two days August 12 and 13. I am actually there for four days but I think I have the other two days covered so I would love to enjoy the hospitality of a nudist in London. Also appreciate a little advice on living in London on the cheap. Thanks
