Any trails or hot springs in NC or SC that anyone knows about? Thanks.

No hot springs in SC. There are COLD mountain springs/creeks in the SC upstate and in NC. It's also way to easily to get cited in the Carolinas IMHO. There are trails that some do traverse. At this stage of my life, I no longer am able to hike.
