this is probably a silly question, but how do i upload photos? ive looked through all my settings but cant find it, cheers

It's not a silly question since there isn't much guidance for the technical stuff. Other users are often your best resource. To upload a photo click on the "Home" button at the top of the page and then click "Pictures" on the left of your screen. Now you will see another option for "Upload Photos" on the left of your screen and from there it's pretty self-explanatory.
