Places for working on Art

Two places I have gone to work with nude models are the Octagon in Ames and the McNider in Mason City. What other places are good for artists and models to work together in Iowa?

There used to be a place in DM that did some body painting during one of the arts festivals but I haven't heard about it for yrs.

Has anyone heard of the "East Coast Wareness Method" for figure drawing? It requires the artists and models both be nude. I have tried it and it really changes the mood of the group when working for the better I think. The model and the artists are equal only doing different jobs. In a normal drawing class the model sometimes seems tocomes across as a victim.
