Posting photos, whats going on?
Our last 8 photos have been rejected for some reason. None of them have been even close to violating the terms. The last one was not even a nud photo. It was a picture of lightning that we caught during a storm in Georgia. It seem that ever since the "server" was upgraded, this problem started. We totally agree with having terms for photo postings. If we wanted to look at "porn" we would not be here, however, having consistancy in what is allowed and what is a violating is not asking too much. If anybody has any information as to why this is happening, please post it here.
Are you sure the file size of the pics you were trying to post were okay? Otherwise, it sounds like just another glitch in the new server. Several have mentioned a picture posting problem. Try resubmitting them and see what happens...

Does this mean I'm gonna get rejected? I'm new here and just sent in my two photos and am now waiting for my judgement.
The new server has definitely caused TT1 some unexpected problems (like the home page freezing up, erroneous new messages, pics not loading properly) but trust that TT1 is getting all the glitches worked out.The home page isn't frozen anymore, so that glitch has been fixed. Have patience everyone. And check your file sizes and resubmit the photos.
Just to reiterate what has been said. I just tried to upload a new photo and it came up "Ask me to post a photo". When I reduced the size, it worked find. Apparently the new server has a maximum file size beyond which it can't handle the info.
I always resize my photos before submitting, mainly because of file transfer time. My camera software I use to download pics from camera has editing capabilities and I resize mine to 640X480 and cannot tell any difference between them and the ones I uploaded before I started resizing them. My software has option to maintain aspect ratio so I only have to change one of the diminsions. This results in a file size of between 200 and 250 K
When some of my photos didn't post, I reduced the size and then they posted fine. What concerns me is that numerous photos, mine and others', are being deleted even when they are innocuous things like lightening bolts, kittens, and flowers. Can someone please tell us what's going on, instead of just warning us to "follow the guidelines" ?

Well I can't speak for anyone else, especially not the admin here, but I have never had trouble uploading and only ever had one picture deleted due to a 'suggestive caption' which mentioned 'vibration' of a hot tub. Mind you - all my pics are of me - full body and face - nude or 90% nude and in 'fun' settings, thus conforming to guidelines and pretty much 'on topic'as far as that goes - given that this is a nudist site.
In his defense I would cautiously suggest that TT1 pays for his server space and bandwidth himself - pictures do use up far more of both those resources than text. My guess is that he kinda intended for the galleries and personal picture albums to be used for nudist pictures and not find himself paying for unrelated images. Of course I could be wrong.

Rudie, your description of you pics is very true and I love your pics. I have only had one pic denied and it was because my head was cut off. I posted it for fun with caption I lose my head over fishing. I can understand why it was deleted. I have several pics that I am not in the pic, but are pics of places I like to go nude and show things I like to do.

Sure Thomas - I wasn't suggesting anything was wrong with that, just offering a possible theory as to possible picture refusal other than the obvious 'porn' one.
