hows it going studs!!!

Hi there,
Hope to get some discussions going here and the network strengthened!
I was off from TN for almost two years, came back late December 2011. Had some 1500 membership requests in this group to deal with! That was a happy surprise, but I hope all understand that it takes some time to deal with it. It's now less then 700 to approve.
The membership approval would work much faster if all guys red and followed the recommendation in the group presentation: please send me a friends request when applying for membership. Especially you guys with private profiles! I wanna see and read about the member before approving!
More members are welcome, especially when combined with a friends request to me, the group founder.
