I can't remember the name of it, but there is a database similar to the "do not call" listing in the UK. Unfortunately itbis totally valueless if the scum making the calls do not check it.

Best way to handle telemarketers is tell them the person is outside. Tell them to hang on while you get them to the phone, then put the phone down and go watch TV or something. They will hang up eventually and after a few times will stop calling you.

I have never had any problems buying them, but I keep a seperate email account for such purchases, if spam gets too much simply open a new one, no big deal.
Never give out your home phone number u r asking for trouble, give a mobile/cell even if u need use one of these cheap sim cards for purchases-u then control the situation not them. If u r bothered by calls they hate a football whistle being blown down the fone-just dont speak to them.

I use viagra outof necessity have used pumps before and its a pain, injestions hurt, pain gets int he road of sexual pleasure. So knock it if you will but for those that need it it is a god send.
