Nude yard work . . .

I often garden in the nude. I don't have grass, and live in the Arizona desert, but I do have trees and bushes in my backyard that need trimming occasionally, and watering, and I will wrangle my pruning shears naked. Sometimes I even get up on a ladder to get to higher branches in one of my trees. But I scout my neighbors' yards first while I'm on the ladder to see if any of them are in their yards. I'll keep my shorts on if any are out.

We have 6-foot fences around our yards so normally no one can see me in the yard. But that's a different story on the ladder. Most of my neighbors are fairly conservative and I don't think they would understand, or appreciate me being nude visibly from their backyards. I've never discussed it with them and I'm not sure how it would come up in conversation anyway!
