your comment about the elliptical choice was not the problem. It was appropriate. There is an individual who always seem to inject a voyeuristic lens to posts about ordinary clothes free activity who took the thread off track.

Sorry, My original intent was to simply state that I choose an elliptical over a treadmill because a treadmill is tough on my knees and that post seemed to open up a Pandora's box. Unfortunately, that post can not be deleted.

18 minutes on the treadmill today. Preceded with a Tabatha yoga workout (combining HITT workout yoga and weights) Then 3 minute 1/4 mile walk to warm up then 10 minute mile run and 5 minute walking down and a ten miniten sit in the sauna.

Next week gonna start back on he stationary bike and stepper.

15 minutes on treadmill today. 3 minutes walking warm up. Mile and a half run in 10 minutes then 2 minute walking cool down.

Did 1 1/2 mile run in 16 minutes on the treadmill today. Burned over 250 calories running at 6-7 speed with jazz playlist going in my earbuds. Goal is to get to a mile in less than ten minutes.
