Penile pump implant surgery.

I had penile pump implant surgery last Spring and since the entire procedure goes through the scrotum I was wondering if one here has also had the surgery.

I am cut and 6 inches when hard, BUT, I have small testicle and scrotum: not more than 1.5 times the size of a golf ball and they are not low hangers even in warm weather.

I did not realize that the squeeze bulb that went goes in the scrotum between my testicle is almost 1.5 bigger than either of them which makes for a very tight fit.

Has anyone experienced this?
