Im from a Southeast Asian country so our sizes are probably smaller than the Western
Im a young adult,172cm tall(58 in feet) and my penis is only 13cm in full erection
Should I worru about my size

There is no need to worry about it at all - many women prefer a smaller erection as a longer one results in painful sex and prevents the sort of full penetration needed to simultaneously stimulate their clitoris.
Most men with large penises have never had the pleasure of such full penetration during sex.
Well 13cm is 5.11in. The average here is about 5.50-6.50, or 13.97-16.51cm. I am 8in or 20.32cm, so while I'm well above average for here, its certainly not huge. If I were in your part of the world, I would be considered Huge, but only according to the general average. So it is slightly below average in western standards. But as John said, not all women like large or extra large penises. So don't be so worried mate.
