I always excercise nude, its far more comfortable and easier, also nude treadmill running., and if weather nice nude running at the beach.

Don't have a treadmill but I do my other exercises nude at home.

Do all my workouts and exercise in my home so I can exercise clothes free. Have several pieces of equipment including treadmill., stepper rowing machine and weights and sauna for recovery.
