Testicular Cancer

I had testicular cancer in 2013, leaving me with one testicle. The insurance paid for a fake testicle implant, a saline filled plastic sac very much like a breast implant. I don't think many people would notice if I didn't have the implant, but I sort of like it. If only having one testicle bothers you, I'm sure you can get one installed pretty easily.

Even neutered puppies get fake testicles (neuticles is the trade name), I guess so they can hold their heads up proudly at the doggie park.

The weird thing about a fake nut is that it's immobile. It just hangs there when the other one goes up and down as they tend to do with temperature and mood changes.

Off the subject, but when they do a radical orchiectomy (removing a ball), they don't go in the easy way, through the scrotum. It's abdominal surgery. The incision is through the lower abdomen so they can remove the entire spermatozoid cord.
