So much greener now! Late summer for us can be extremely dry.

This time of year is good and bad in Colorado. The naked hiking is wonderful--bug-free, clear and the sun is warm, not hot, and trees are turning. The bad is the cold and snow are just around the corner, and the second week of October brings rifle season for deer and elk. I'm not one to paint myself fluorescent orange. Some year I will address this issue with a trip to southern Africa or Australia in January. Cheers everyone.
