I think the administrators are depending on volunteers who have wildly differing interpretations of the rules and no incentive to reach out to customers to explain.

Honestly it is a crap shoot depending moderators . There was a time when all my pics were being arbitrarily removed by mods from groups and profile pic was being reset with no rhyme or reason.
