There is a group I belong to hose moderator hasnt logged in, in 12 years. The admins so far have not seen fit to assign me as mod. There 1/2 million accounts. There are ~30,000 users that have logged in within the last year, 1/2 of which will never log in a second time. The reality is there are maybe 10,000-15,000 semi-active accounts and really only about 5,000 truly active accounts.John aka cobeachbum
Many NINOs (nudist in name only) on the site. I am sure they will all react to thisAssuming your figures are accurate John, I wonder how many of the 5000 active users are nudists, and by that I mean have experience of real world nudism. I read many posts from members who claim to be active social nudists but their post seem more based in fantasy than fact.

I belong to groups elsewhere with less than 1000 total members which manage to maintain a regular flow of 'conversation'

So, the "dead internet theory" is the theory of the web traffic of the majority of the internet being given by bots. This is a theory about the alleged decline in the overall total sum of global internet traffic. The causes are the decline of the human population in the highly internet-penetrated areas and the rise of cyber crime in emergent economies and developing nations overall. Additionally, warfare globally, even inside least developing nations might mostly become cyber crime and attacks on civilian internet infrastructure in warzones. This is what will create the majority of the internet's "Bad Web Bots" That will commit cyber-crime and cyber warfare.
Because I know the premises of the dead internet theory and other aspects of internet security issues, I try to keep a somewhat lower profile online. I try to be careful about what information I post on here.
Based on what I think is going on, from reading posts from other users on this website's forum, it looks like the dead internet theory is manifesting itself in a more specialized specific interest social media site, which is this social media site for nudists or naturists.
Because there are fewer nudists/naturism followers in the world, this site always has been smaller than facebook, google, yahoo, flickr, etc. Based on what I have seen, this site apparently has one or two owners of the parent company, and it is employing only a handful of people full time, so everyone moderating the website is either volunteering or part time moderator, or the other people on the website actively are just users/customers of the website and have no monetary involvement.
From what I understand this website is run by a for profiit Limited Liability Corp in Arizona or out west in the USA.
And from what I also have heard from HomeClothesFree is that the website is custom built, so it really breaks easily and no one fixes it perfectly and can barely get updated.
And from what I hear now is that the site has nobody using it compared to facebook google yahoo flickr etc. So now it really is just a declining site.
So from all of that, of course web bots are going to take over this particular website because it is sitting duck. Its origins are unclear, but I know where this site really might be going if it does not get revamped or something. I really want to be able to hope someone can take care of it but I really know the Immensely real and troubling possibilities of the loss of this site. I really don't want to lose data here, so I really hope I can use the site wisely with the remainder time on the site now and further in the future.
Some nights I don't go asleep at the same time every single night, so I wrote this at this time while I was awake.
Just some information about the state of the internet with some other thoughts of mine.
Have a good day.
