Being as the group is titled "M2M Nude...", that's male 2 male... So the answer to your question would be yes, there are only males in this specific group.
I am sure there is a group that is cam specific but not gender specific, but you could create one just as well.
Edit: Also, this group isn't specifically for waking, though it certainly isn't frowned upon either.
