Cold Turkey

Who here went directly from full sleepwear without going through some lesser amount of clothing (top or bottom only, underwear, etc.) in between.
I did not. I had a long progression of wearing less and less to bed in between.

I gradually started sleeping in less over a period of time and one day decided to get into bedTOTALLY naked and slow experience the freed one my bare skin on my sheets and under my comforter. I fell asleep and awoke feeling throughly aware of my naked body and Ive never EVER slept in ANYTHING since. I enjoy allowing my body to be FREE as I sleep

I don't see the need to undress at night only to get dressed again when you get in bed, I sleep nude always and like the one in my bed to do the same. Skin to skin, no skin to material or material to material. Being nude in bed is the most natural way to sleep.

Agree completely, but apparantly the first choice of US males for sleep attire is underwear. Nothing comes in second. Therefore relatively few US males undress and put something else on. It's more a matter of how much they take off.

Been sleeping naked since 8th grade. Before that I slept in pjs. Tried it one night and loved it, so never went back to pjs or anything else. In college/grad school, I just told roomies I slept naked, and discovered many do. No big deal.

Im sorry to have taken so long to replyI was offsite

When I started, it gradually became a habit..each night, I just ignored pajamas. After a month or so, I just did itin winter months I wear a tank top but NEVER pantiesI love being bare on bottom, clothed on top. I create my own sensual sleep system(I sleep alone)

I went cold turkey. When we got married hubby was a nude sleeper and had progressed slowly growing up, but when he suggested sleeping nude the first night I did, and have been a nude sleeper every since
