i dont accept FR without having discussions with people first - that is a definition of a potential friend. i also dont accept fr from people without face photos. i do not mean any disrespect but those are my preferences.

I'm all about the complete subject of health fitness and wellness.
Both physical and mental.
Creating good habits. Winning the mind work and releasing the ego.
