Hertfordshire naturist spas

Hi, has anyone been to the Maltings Spa in Welwyn or The Workshop Spa in Royston? Im thinking about going but not sure if suitable for someone wanting to get naked with out extras.

I used to go there regular even when it was in Baldock years ago. Baldock was great relax there all day. Welwyn how ever is a couple of hours not quite the same often very quite sometimes I was the only person there except the girls who often used the sauna.
