RE:Clothing Free Travel

Always have clothes in my possession in case of emergency wouldnt be wise to do anything else. But I have driven for 8-12 hours to the coast from mid west with clothes in back seat in the event of said emergency. Almost all of that is highway.Did you put something on for gas and rest room breaks?Yes not an exhibitionist so pull on a pair of shorts to get gas and flip flops to go to restroom tee if bathroom indoors and requires shirt to enter. Thats all I usually have along with driving to and from resort. Tee shorts and flip flops.

And just one t, shorts and pair of flip flops?

Need shorts, shirt, and flops to stop at quickiemart before hitting the road. Need them to leave the house and get back in due to street parking.

You could do without the shirt for the last two. I often do.
I wish more convenience stores would allow shirtless men. One of the most annoying times to put on a shirt is for a few minutes to buy a drink and snack. While you didn't mention it, you also need shorts but no shirt to pump gas.

Not truly out of possession but I have to go to Bastrop a lot - about 40 miles from home in north Austin - and have made it a point to go nude then dress somewhere when I arrive. Started one day when I was leaving and just went behind a store and stripped and drove home. I do keep clothes near just in case the law is around. Its fun to see the reaction of truckers (sometimes women these days) and even some large SUV's (which are often women) when I'm driving since they can look right down on you. I have also done this when on longer drives and plan to increase that since I know I will be making some East Texas trips this summer (about 4 hours) with plenty of time to get some sun. AustinJohn
