Which coffee machine/device do you use?

I came across a picture and uploaded it to the gallery. It got me thinking, which coffee machine/device do those in the group use.

I started out with a percolator and really like that kinda coffee. Then we bought a Mr. Coffee and used that for quite some time. My wife and kids bought me my first Keurig machine to help me save money from the many trips I was making to Starbucks. I have a newer Keurig but lately have seen some use the coffee press and I'm really interested in trying that.

What do any of you use. Is there a difference and which do you think is better and why.

I make my coffee with a Tassimo from Bosch which is a capsule coffee maker. I can also make cocoa and 3 sorts of tea with it.

I use a percolator for making coffee when we're out overlanding. I went through 3 pots of coffee here at home before I got the amount of grounds and perk time down. My only issue is that I have to take two percolators for these overlanding trips. I've always got a line of guys with their coffee mugs in hand wanting the perked coffee.

RE:Which coffee machine/device do you use?

Last year, we were in Ikea, just browsing. If you've ever been in an Ikea, you know they have all kinds of inexpensive gadgets to buy, even though you don't need them. I have been interested in a French press coffee maker. Ikea had some on sale for 12.99. For that price, I could buy one, try it out and if it didn't work out, I wasn't out a lot of money.

It sat in the cupboard for almost a year! Not sure if it intimidated me or it was just too easy to drop a K-cup into the Keurig and brew me a cup quicker. I finally pulled it out of the cupboard a few weeks ago and began brewing my coffee in it. We recently returned from Hawaii where I bought some 100% Kona Coffee beans and grounds. That coffee in that press is fantastic. I'm sold on the French press and will not begin looking for a much better one. The one I have is glass and I make myself about 20 oz of coffee in it. I seem to have that recipe down pretty good. The only issue is that by the time I've finished my first cup, the coffee in the press is now cooled and I've got to microwave it. I'd like to find a press that's insulated and will keep the coffee hot for my second cup.
