Well stated trkrbob1. Yes, if there is too much pain, it probably is too much. But no pain is definitely too little effort. Good results come from hard disciplined work. That takes regular incremental work stretch, weight and time wearing. Discipline yourself or find a guy into mutual ball training. The goal is a great set of balls well stretched with a pleasurable amount of pain worn 24/7/365.
