The TEA party movement is both a reference to the Boston Tea Party fighting unfair taxes as well as Taxed Enough Already, hence being capitalized. Our local group is definately not racist, one of the prominant members is Jamacian and recently was congratulated for becoming a citizen. We are non partisan, we are conservatives. We have elected officials from both parties as members.
OK folks, its time to think about who we want for our next President. But right now that is not really the issue. The main question we have to ask our selves is: Do we want to win the White House or not? If the answer is yes, then we have to throw out all of the issues and ideologies and think strategy. The question is not, who do we want for President? The question is who can beat Obama?
In the next Presidential campaign, we have one very big and powerful foe to defeat. That is the very biased, liberal media. They have the most powerful voice in the Country and they must be neutralized.
There is only one candidate who can do this. His name is Herman Cain. By nominating him as the standard bearer of the Republican Party, he will completely neutralize the medias favorite and most used weapon against all Republicans. That Republicans are all racists. After that, Obamas record just falls apart.
Is Herman Cain everyones favorite candidate? No. But, is he the only candidate who will defeat the liberal media? A resounding YES!
Remember my original question. Do we want to win the White House or not? If your answer is yes then you must support Herman Cain for President.

Friends,
If you agree with me, there are two things that I would ask you to do. First: Please forward this to everyone in your address book, especially those people in the early primary and caucus States. And secondly send a donation to Mr. Cain. If 1 million people would only send $25, that would be a campaign chest of 25 million dollars.
If you do not know who Herman Cain is, please go to his web page, hermancain.com and check him out.

Over the years, the reasons for me wishing I had American citizenship have been many and varied, all positive. Today I have another....to be able to cast a vote for Herman Cain. I have not heard or read anything from him I disagree with....this is an intelligent, self-made man who has relied soley on his own talents and intellect to amass an admirable list of accomplishments in his lifetime.
Herman Cain is Obama's worst nightmare. He negates O's only real weapon, the creased and dog-eared race card. BTW, watch for the cries of 'uncle tom' to come flying out of the liberal camp. If Cain's campaign gains traction, the libs will hunker down into panic mode and all pretense of civility will fly out the window.
The only reservation I have about Cain is his health. Many people have successfully eradicated cancer from their bodies, but liver and colon cancer are two of the more serious types, and I fear may portend more cancer troubles in the future for him.
the donkey party have a very big problem because herman cain is black and the donkeys do not know what to do about it
Apparently you are a little confused with your viewpoint after me trying to read the post from your viewpoint. Thank goodness, that is only a viewpoint. No, I did not vote for the guy in office not because he is black, but because he scared me to death with his "credentials" and experience....what credentials??? and what experience? Not much there except as a community organizer (instigator from my viewpoint and backing from questionable supporters! As a Senator....not much voting, a lot of absenteeism. Amazed that no one remembers him from Harvard (Interesting stories about his so-called time there)! I am sick to death of his changing all the foundations of our Government "for and by the people" that has worked under the ancient Constitution for so long and wanting to make the US literally bow at the feet of other Countries!
To further address your "Knowledge", I was a registered Democrat all my life until the party took the direction at the last election and discouragement from Democrat views of prior years before Obamageddon!! I changed affilitation because of this! No, other parties do have questionable issues!
I look on my election voting as not alwaysvoting for the best person whomay not be there, so I vote against the worst instead! In reference to your insinuations, yes, I would vote for Herman Cain unless someone else jumps out with a better plan! That is not in line with your thinking about Donkeys! Of course, I am only speaking from my viewpoint also!
I hope Obama loses, but he has the Democrates, unions, John Soros, blacks, hispanics on his side. He was only voted in because of color and had no experience.
Wow that sounds like Herman Cain, black and no experience of office :)
You forgot Obama has locked up the Irish vote and Betty Windsor likes him too :) Obama 57 GOP 40 right wing spoiler 3.
Wow that sounds like Herman Cain, black and no experience of office :) To paraphrase a quote by Herman Cain; All the people in Washington have had experience and where has that gotten us?
Cardboard pizzas and flat tax? He needs to bone up on foreign policy detail quickly or later the press will make mincemeat of him. A naive approach about the lack of political experience may appear cute or desirable but to serious people the a businessman has often failed in political office, its a different skill set. I admire herman his intellect honesty etc but lets remember dealing with Congress the machinery of government is very different. Reagean and Tip O'Neill sharing a drink and doing a deal is very different from running a pizza business. We shall see
I figure this is a good place to post thiseven though most sensible folks already knows that our current President sticks not one, but both feet in his mouth consistantly! I don't think Herman would make this mistake as he has "smarts" in his resume! Remember any of these? OBAMA'S OWN WORDS TRAP HIM: 2008: "Navy Seal Team 6 is Cheney's private assassination team." 2011: "I put together Seal Team 6 to take out Bin Laden." 2008: "Bin Laden is innocent until proven guilty, and must be captured alive and given a fair trial." 2011: "I authorized Seal Team 6 to kill Bin Laden." 2008: "Guantanamo is entirely unnecessary, and the detainees should not be interrogated." 2011: "Vital intelligence was obtained from Guantanamo detainees that led to our locating Bin Laden." I HOPE THIS GETS SENT AROUND TO PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THE TRUTH! Quote of the Day: "If you voted for Obama in 2008 to prove you're not a racist, you'll have to vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you're not an idiot."
I especially liked your Quote of the Day. Thank you.
