I've never had a weight problem but did experience the start of the dreaded "belly" at about 60. It was then that I stopped the beer, stopped the sugars, and some other great tasting foods that seemed to turn to fat on my body. I increased my exercise and developed a taste for plain old water. I have been able to keep the weight off but the years have continued to pile up. There is only one way to stop that and right now I'm not interested. Stay safe and stay naked.
You don't look with 60 like you looked with 20. But you have much more experience. I don't want to be 20 again. About what things I thought about when I was young which are really no problem. It's the passage of time that you get older. It's something you have to accept. In fact you have 2 options: to get old or to die early.
