I'm hairy, but I trim a bit.

I'm hairy, especially waist down. I trim a bit here and there. And I shave my shaft and balls almost daily.

Same here. I also trim my pits. If I dont, I can do braids.

I have hair on my toes to the back of my fingers , to the top of my head. I have trimmed my entire adult life because I looked like Chubacas brother going into college. At 55, I started short trims and actually shaved my lower abs - I found muscle I never knew were there! I also shave my shaft and balls - world of comfort in the TN summers!

Maintenance is a never ending issue - once you go beyond short trimming, I got stubble and prickly growth in two days that is crazy. I am very interested in suggestions for maintenance. And dont mention waxing please!

Quite hairy so I trim to keep it in control. I shave my cock and balls and trim my pubes for comfort in the hot climate as well as looks.
Talked to gf yesterday to ask her preference and she likes both so Im thinking to go smooth again as I think as its my preference.

My low-maintenance routine is to trim wherever needed (#2 with my current trimmer; I used #3 with my old one as the lack of overlap in the hairs made it obviously trimmed rather than plausibly thin) after I have plucked the groin while wearing a disposable rubber glove, only pulling the hairs I can grip. The newer (shorter, thinner) hairs remain and the area blends with the surrounding areas. The pain is tolerable, and there's no stubble ever, no ingrown hairs, no obvious bush (just a covering consistent with the rest of me) and if I neglect it for a while it just gracefully thickens up. Last session took me about 10 minutes to get the desired result after a few weeks of neglect, when the thickness was just starting to reassert itself.

Smooth always looks awesome to me on others but I'm happy with my low-key effect for minimal effort, whether fully dressed, in a skimpy swimsuit (where a lack of hair maintenance becomes glaringly obvious) or nothing.
