Scrotal ultrasound
When I was 27, I found a lump in my testicle, and I had to go to hospital to get a scrotal ultrasound. There were two people in the room at the beginning, as I stripped out of pants and underwear (back when I still wore underwear, ha).
As the scrotal ultrasound proceeded, a group of medical students arrived and were invited in to observe my scrotal ultrasound! Yes, this was a teaching hospital, and I had signed a paper acknowledging that, although I would not have objected anyway bc I like being nude and being observed nude. I was a little fluffed up but overall fine with the observation. It is an odd experience to see a bunch of med students with their eyes glued to my balls while a technician scrolled the ultrasound reader all over my scrotum.
There was definitely a lump of indeterminable origin, and I had to get my right testicle removed. I remember the guy who came into shave me before surgery. He literally shaved half of me, the right half, as if there were a line running up and down my body, bisecting it. He was not gentle, manhandling my junk, and not in a good way! But it was private, not observed by anyone.
I asked for, and received, a silicon testicle so that I would look normal (this was important to me when I was 27, but I wouldnt make the same decision now). The lump was benign, so I escaped the danger of testicular cancer and I was fine thereafter.
Hey...
I was affected by your story, but at least you are fine and away from any cancer...
About medical students, I think its ok for them to see patients naked...usually they don't put in mind anything perverted ,just only to get the information about the disease and how to treat.
Plz stay healthy and safe.

I had two a while back. Cannot recall if it was the first or second visit but when the somewhat-older-than-me female technian asked me to strip down and cover myself with a paper gown, I took all my clothes off first. Apparently I wasn't meant to do that! My excuse was that I didn't want any lube on my shirt. Oh, well.
I've had a couple over the years and always remove shoes, jeans and underwear for the scan. On both occasions, I was scanned by a female tech and asked to lift my penis onto my belly and then cover it with a towel so that it is out of the way. The 2nd time, she also insisted on scanning my kidneys to make sure there wasn't an infection there.
Outcome both times wasn't the big C and put down to an infection which cleared with the relevant medication.
