Native born Nova Scotian who travels east every 2 years.

Hello everyone. Im a native of Nova Scotia but have lived most of my life in Western Canada. I am a frequent visitor to Nova Scotia and would be interested in learning more about nudist culture in the province. I am a total newbie to public nudity and would definitely want to spend a fair bit of my time there naked but dont want to fall afoul of the law or other authorities. Any info or advice would be more than welcome.
