with gyms closing again, a few us from here started a 6pm est naked workout group on skype.
super informal and unstructured so far.
we have each been doing our own workouts and come together at the end of the 45 minutes to chat.
could use a yoga instructor or someone who knows great workouts with minimal or no equipment - using our own bodies.

I would love to join a group for a naked workout. Because of corona I ahven't been to the gym and I miss working out. It would be a great motivation to do this with a group on zoom. I am in Europe. Because of the time zones it would be convenient if there was a workout group in the morning in the US. Then people in Europe don't have to stay up for a workout in the middel of the night ;)

This is the skype for naked training and wellness

....Bare Fitness....

We currently have company at the house and will again at Thanksgiving .
We will be back to naked bodyweight and kettlebell workouts soon.
