It used to be a cardinal sin, nowadays
their is far less consideration for others,
it's all about me, me, me!
and what happened to the law on headlights?
New cars are far too bright anyway, and
even the reflective signs are a hazard.
Common sense seems to have gone out
the window in so many areas.
I agree with the post about "Could care less", I have tried explaining it to tens of dozens of people in the past only to be told Im wrong. Glad to see it bothers someone else as well. Also, throwing the cig butts out the car window when driving. Cars come with ash trays for a reason. For those who think it is no big deal consider this: Cigarrettes and cigars can burn at upwards of 1200 degrees farenheit on the tip. I ride a motorcycle. Think about a 1200 degree butt to the face at 60 MPH. Need I say more?
Having been a technical writer for over 20 years, my pet peeves are grammatical in nature. People who can't use "you," "your," and "you're" correctly. Also "they're," "there," and "their."
You -- a person or group, NOT ownership
Your -- shows possession : "This is YOUR house." NOT this is you house Sure, there are typos but...
You're -- contraction of you are: "You're going to the nude festival thei weekend."
They're -- contraction of they are: "They're going to the nude festival this weekend."
There -- direction: "My house is over THERE."
Their -- plural possive: "This is THEIR house."
The other thing about this is thatMOST of the offenders don't feel that they have a responsibility to communicate accurately.

BUT, my NUMBER ONE pet peve, just has to be, the fact that some bloody idiot,seems to have WRONGLY taught, the ENTIRE American race, that they should say "I could care less" ....... you lot do it, ALL the BLOODY time here.

For me it is people that feel they are better than the next person. The one that feel the speed limit was made for everyone else but them. People who turn there radio up in the car an expect everyone else to enjoy there music. People who have the bass so load you can here in three cars away. People who protest the war and have no idea what a war is except what they see on the news or read about. People that tell others how to raise a child when they have never had children. People that smoke an feel you should enjoy the smoke in your face.
People that think this is a sex site. Some of the comments left on pics are ridiculous (ie. nice vagina, great lips, etc.). Would they actually say that in person on a nudist beach? Of course not because they would either get kicked out or kicked somewhere else. This site should be considered as an online nudist resort, not a sex club. If they are looking for the latter, go to AdultFriendFinder, geeez!
