Deserted Beach Movies

I saw this mentioned in another group, and it is something that has always bugged me. Movies that have people stranded on an island or otherwise on a deserted beach almost always are clothed in the movies, even when going into the water. The Blue Lagoon was a scandalous exception. The one that really bugs me is The Beach. You can't tell me that a group of counter-culture people on an isolated beach near Thailand are going to spend all their time with clothes on. In what deserted island movies do people realistically shed their clothes?

That would be "Castaway." Not the Tom Hanks movie. The 1986 one.

It's the true story of a couple "voluntarily cast away." Nudity is depicted in a realistic manner: clothing is only worn for protection.
