New members and visitors
This past week, we had a lovely couple from the Savannah area and more Hannibal, MO is one new member's home. Today, we'll be welcoming those from Charleston. Several newbies and wannbees have joined our ranks. We ask for phone calls AFTER 10AM and before 9PM. We have added another rose garden and other flowering plants plus a (purple what other color is there LOL) lilac bush. Butterfly bushes are showing off as are all the plants.
The sleeping space has it's walls, roof , and flooring down. THE FRAME for the air conditioner is in the window. Just waiting for an electrical connection from the clubhouse. We have 3 beds and a double auto inflatable bed in building #5 Snuffy (member) mowed the front of the Retreat yesterday, Larry did part of the back.
For those who will be visiting and staying overnight with a partner, We just added a double bed to a brand new mattress. box spring, and frame.
The frame can also be used for a twin as well as a queen or king size mattress since it has 6 legs. That's the news of the dormitory.
You are welcome to come into the main building or clubhouse for your morning coffee.
