Annual skin check

I see my dermatologist every year, in the fall. A very nice and very good looking young lady. The first time I saw her which was many years ago I told her I was nude as much as possible and a sun lover. Her assistant instructs me to strip or leave my underwear on and put on the gown. I never wear underwear so nude it is. The doc knowing I am a sun lover examines me head to toe. She very gently covers every inch. She has me bend over to inspect my butt from behind then has me lay on the table and spread my legs as she examines my penis. I sometimes get arroused from the touch of her warm hands but nothing is ever said. I enjoy my annual checkups!
